FAQ'S

When should I arrive to my session?
You should arrive to your session at least five minutes before your scheduled time.
What happens if I'm late to my session?
We only have enough time blocked off for your session amount. If you are late to your session, your amount of time you are late is subtracted from your session time. If you are more than 15 minutes late- your session is cancelled.
What is your cancellation policy?
For regular sessions: You must cancel at least 48 hours in advance in order to refund or reschedule your session. If you chose to refund your session, we will keep 50% of the session fee because we cannot rebook that session time at such short notice. If you choose to reschedule your session, you have  30 days from cancellation to reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours, we keep your session fee and you must pay for your next session in order to reschedule.
For Events: You must cancel your reserved spot at least 7 days in advance in order to get a refund. If you cancel within 7 days of event, we keep your session fee, as we are unable to fill that slot.
What happens if I miss my session?
If you do not show up to your session, we keep your session fee. If you'd like to book again, you must pay another session fee. 
What happens if there's inclement weather?
If there is inclement weather, we will reschedule the session or event for another date. If we are unable to reschedule, we will issue a refund.
How does booking work?
When you reach out, we will decide on a date, time, location and session type. After that, we will send you an invoice via square. Once your invoice is paid, your session is booked! Your session time is not reserved until after payment.
How many people can I have in my photos?
As many as you'd like! But remember, the more people- the less overall photos you will receive because posing takes longer.
How long does it take to receive my photos? How do I get them? 
For regular session, you'll receive your photos within 14 business days. For events, you'll receive your photos within 21 business days. You're photos will be sent directly to the email you provided via a system called PAS, which will allow you to easily download your photos.
What length session do I need?
You'll be amazed how many photos we can take in thirty minutes. But we do recommend 60-90 minute sessions for newborns or young children!
What is a natural light photographer?
It's as simple as it sounds- we shoot with natural light (outside), not studio light! We do our best to shoot with natural lighting although we do have studio lighting if needed.
Do you travel? What is your travel fee?
Yes, we travel! We're located within the CSRA, specifically North Augusta. If you're within 20 miles of North Augusta, theres no session fee. Anything within 20-50 miles is a $20 travel fee and anything further than that is a customized fee.
Do I have to buy my photos separately?
No! The price of ownership of your photos is included in your session fee.
Can I edit my images?
We ask that you do NOT alter your images in any way. 
Should I tag you on Instagram or Facebook?
You don't have to but we would love if you did! We're a small business and our best advertising is you sharing your images with your family and friends. It's a free way to support us and we love seeing you use your photos!
Do you do photography for businesses?
Yes! We love business branding photoshoots and have shot many businesses in the CSRA.
